The Springdale Education Center Young Adults (SEC YA) program was created to meet the needs of our older students who have not yet completed high school. The program provides the same level of academic, clinical and case management services but has a reduced level of behavioral interventions.
Conflict resolution and mediation skills take the forefront and emphasis is placed on adult responsibility and shared decision making. This program is also geographically separated from other programs and enrolls both young men and young women.
